Bill was born and raised in Bridgeport, Connecticut. He is
professionally equipped to recognize trickery. After more than 25 years as a
performing magician, he knows how to create and recognize illusions.
He
is experienced in researching the unexplained, from folklore and urban legend
to fortune telling, the pyramids, and other mysterious tales. His syndicated
1990's column Magic and the Unknown ran for six years in multiple local papers
in his home state.

education since 1993. He has served as a parapsychology consultant for
television, film, and print media and is regularly asked to speak at ghost
conferences, paranormal events, and for literary and other professional
organizations.Neil is a member of the RhineResearchCenter, the
Parapsychological Association, and the Seattle Consciousness Education &
Research Society. His work has appeared in Evening Magazine, on KOMO-4 News, and in The Seattle Times, among others.Since 2008, Neil has taught college-level courses about the
science and history of parapsychology and paranormal investigation, which are
offered year-round in the Seattle area and have been featured among Seattle
Met's list of "most sought-after" adult education classes.Neil produced Dark & Stormy Nights: Parapsychology for
Ghost Hunters, an educational DVD based on his popular classes in 2012. He
recently chaired a panel on parapsychology and education with Loyd Auerbach at
the annual convention of the international Parapsychological Association.
