Carissa Simpson, cofounder and lead investigator of Chill Seekers Paranormal
Investigation and Research, a paranormal investigation and research group
based in Modesto, California.
Chill Seekers was formed by kindred spirits Keith Weldon and Carissa
Simpson. Since Chill Seeker’s conception in 2012, the team has enlisted the
help of equipment tech Andrew and psychic-mediums Kriste and Ellie. Chill
Seekers has helped families in need by providing answers to phenomena
experienced in their homes. Sometimes this means having to remove harmful
entities.
Some of the team's contributions to the paranormal community have splashed into
the mainstream media. They have validated new advancements in paranormal
technology, shed light on a 120-year-old mystery on Mare Island, and even
received live Morse code from a spirit aboard the USS Hornet. Chill Seekers

When it came time to choose a topic for his thesis film for his master’s
degree in Film and Television Producing from American University, he was drawn
to a topic he was very interested in: the paranormal. Besides being curious as
to why the paranormal was dominating pop culture, his mother, Lisa Barretta, is
a famous astrologer.
BJ also attended Catholic school from first grade through college. Surviving
Death: A Paranormal Debate is BJ’s personal exploration of the afterlife

15 years.

Orr, paranormal investigator, retired criminal investigator, founder of Lost in
Legend, and author of Ghosts of the USS Yorktown and other paranormal titles. Bruce is a retired criminal investigator turned author. After retiring, he
combined his love for investigation and research with his love for history and
writing. His first book, Six Miles to Charleston is an in-depth look at
the facts behind the legend of John and Lavinia Fisher, who were accused of
robbing and murdering their guests at an Inn outside of Charleston, SC, in
1819.
Bruce has also written Haunted Summerville, SC and Ghosts of Berkeley
County, SC in which he covers the legends and lore that he grew up with in
the South Carolina Lowcountry. In these books, he interviews the witnesses,
examines the locations, and even relates a few of his own experiences.
In Ghosts of the USS Yorktown, The Phantoms of Patriots Point, Bruce
tackles the paranormal tales associated with the World War II-era aircraft
carrier since its arrival at Patriots Point Maritime Museum.
As a result of multiple historical and paranormal projects, Bruce founded
"Lost in Legend." The focus of his organization is to research and
promote the facts behind the folklore and the history behind the hauntings.
Often this creates new and increased interest in the legends they explore. This
has led to Bruce being sought as a speaker and lecturer and also as a
consultant on the area's legends, folklore, and paranormal residents.
An avid diver, Bruce often incorporates scuba diving into his research and book
projects. He is often involved in historical Maritime Archaeological projects
with the Maritime Research Division of the South Carolina Institute for
Archaeology and Anthropology as a volunteer diver. His projects can be followed

secret slowly unravels when a wine cabinet sells at an estate sale in Oregon.
It is soon sold and resold on eBay’s Internet auction, and each new owner
becomes desperate to get rid of the box along with the health problems,
accidents, or death they claim came with it. The curator of a medical museum in
a small Missouri town learns of the mysterious cabinet and is intrigued by it
as an artifact to be studied and researched. Jason Haxton places a bid on eBay
and he, too, wins and soon finds himself the proud owner of the dibbuk box. But
as he carefully investigates and records everything he can about this unusual
item said to be possessed by a Jewish spirit, he discovers far more than he
